Latet, Israel's largest NGO fighting poverty and food insecurity, is looking for a talented and driven professional to lead the International Development department.

*🎯 Key Responsibilities*
The role focuses on fundraising primarily from the US, managing relationships with donors, foundations, and Jewish federations, as well as writing funding proposals and impact reports. The Manager will develop and implement an annual fundraising work plan, host international delegations, represent the organization at global conferences, and manage and mentor a team of 4-5 staff members.

*✅ Requirements*
Native-level English proficiency and deep familiarity with American culture are mandatory, as is proven team management experience. High-level Hebrew proficiency is required; additional languages are an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is expected.

*🌟 Significant Advantage*
Familiarity with Jewish communities or philanthropic networks in the US, experience in business development, sales, or fundraising, and experience in the nonprofit sector are all considered a significant advantage.
